In Sister Elizabeth's March 2010 Holy Spirit Meeting, Elizabeth asked Mel to exhort everyone briefly after the praise and worship portion of the service, and to introduce the guest ministers for the service, the Rev. Lynda and Kent Devore. God moved wonderfully during praise and worship, and Mel's brief exhortation and "introduction" turned into a 22-minute mini-sermon.
Brother Mel shared for the first time in public, a brief description of the September 14, 2009 visitation from the angel, and one of the principles the Lord had emphasized to him since then. (For a detailed description of all three angelic visitations, listen to "This New Great Awakening" series).

One of the signs of an Awakening is the presence of supernatural signs from Heaven. Mel shares e-mails from two seasoned ministers. One describes a vision of angels in Heaven, and the other gives the account of Heaven visiting a pastor recently in LA. Mel describes an angelic visitation of nearly 20 years ago, and then concludes by telling the experience with the angel that took place on September 14, 2009.

Then the third angelic visitation that took place on February 10, 2010 is described and explained.
